Instructions

To login to your SmugMug account :
- Go to www.smugmug.com
- Click Login
- After you enter your email/password click login
- Click "My Homepage" to access your site


About 80-90% of the work you do is within the galleries - adding/changing/deleting galleries/images/keywords/setting prices
Therefore:


For Client Login/Client Proofs galleries
- click the upload button, then under create - new gallery
- enter the gallery title
- enter the gallery URL - this is the client login which you will give your customer
- select the category "Clienss"
- set the theme to 'default'
- click 'save'


Once the gallery is created - under the thumbnail of the gallery click the customize link
* you can change any settings as well as add a description and keywords

Recommend Client Gallery Settings:
- Theme : default
- Style: SmugMug
- Privacy : Public
- Hello world: no
- Hello Smuggers: no
- External Links : no
- Protected : yes
- Easy Share : no
- Password : make sure the password is the same as the gallery URL name OR your client knows both the Client Login and the password


Example:
http://www.blakerobinsonphotography.com/Clients/Maria-K/20084138_dzfvBb
- The gallery NiceName is Maria-K and password is set to Maria See all of your Galleries:

NOTE: you only see the category in red (Pages, Other, Clients, etc. on this page)

- Simply add/change images within the appropriate gallery
